Keyana J. Payne is an Associate Attorney at Hoogendoorn & Talbot LLP where she focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and probate matters. She advises clients on wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney, helping them navigate personal and asset protection planning with clarity and care. In addition, she also prepares gift, estate and fiduciary income tax returns.

Keyana earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Northern Illinois University where she graduated magna cum laude. Keyana has built a strong legal foundation with a focus on estate planning and trust administration. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an associate estate planning attorney at a boutique law firm in the Chicago area. Earlier in her career, she worked in wealth management at Northern Trust where she administered trusts for high-net-worth-clients.

An active member of the Chicago Estate Planning Council and the Cook County Bar Association, Keyana was named an Emerging Leader by the Chicago Estate Planning Council. She is currently serving as Diversity Chair of the Chicago Estate Planning Council and Secretary of the Cook County Bar Association. Keyana is committed to building trusting relationships with clients by helping them prepare for uncertainties with confidence.
