The firm’s team of Earl Talbot, Case Hoogendoorn, and Linda Touhy represented Chicago West Side Christian School in its efforts to obtain a plot of land and build a new school building on the city’s West Side. Linda assisted on the project from beginning to end. She worked on the purchase contracts, coordinated the title work, and set up the construction escrows with the title company. In addition, she closed the purchases and obtained the not-for-profit real estate tax exemptions after the construction of the school building.
