From 2009 to 2013, Rick Boonstra was the lead litigation counsel in several complicated church property control disputes involving neutral principles of law. These cases spanned several years and many lawsuits in different divisions of the court. The main issue was control over a church’s corporation and its properties between two factions of the church. These cases were successfully resolved for our clients.
