Steven S. Tervooren

Mr. Tervooren is a member of Hughes Pfiffner Gorski Seedorf & Odsen, LLC. He joined the firm in 1979. He currently serves as Chairman of the firm’s management committee. His practice includes all areas of litigation (with emphasis on product liability defense), warranty and lemon law, commercial and real estate (transactions and litigation), environmental, condemnation, construction law and government contracts. Mr. Tervooren represents most of the major automobile manufacturers and other self-insured national and international companies and insurers, and serves as Alaska counsel for national law firms involved in major acquisitions and in product liability matters. He has represented state and national clients in regulatory and administrative proceedings and has defended state Attorney General investigations and proceedings.
