Jimmy E. White

Jimmy White is a member of HUGHES PFIFFNER GORSKI SEEDORF & ODSEN, LLC. He has been practicing law since 1999, and joined the firm as an associate in 2004 and has been made a member of the firm July, 2006. Mr. White is a trial attorney experienced in product liability litigation, complex commercial litigation, and insurance defense. Mr. White’s diverse practice includes his representation of product manufacturers, financial service providers, product distributors, and insurance companies and their customers, in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Mr. White’s product liability experience includes defense of building products, pharmaceuticals, tires, recreational vehicles and related component manufacturers. He has extensive experience in complex class actions, multi-district litigation, arbitration and mediation, as well as particular expertise in defense of construction products, clinical drug trials, and the development and marketing of products in the pharmaceutical industry, the off-road/heavy industrial tire industry and the recreational vehicle industry. His depth of experience also enables him to identify and correct potential problems before they result in litigation, including problems related to product literature, warnings, warranties, disclaimers and general contracts.

Mr. White’s complex business litigation experience includes extensive representation of companies as both plaintiff and defendant in business-tort and RICO cases as well as cases involving fiduciary fraud and disloyalty by corporate officers and agents. Such matters also include allegations of negligence and intentional torts relating to due diligence investigation and contract performance. He has successfully handled several cases involving lender liability and commercial contract disputes.
He has successfully handled numerous cases involving insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation, as well as defense of personal injury matters on behalf of the insurer and the insured.
