James M. Gorski

Mr. Gorski is a member of HUGHES PFIFFNER GORSKI SEEDORF & ODSEN, LLC He joined the firm upon graduation from law school in 1977. His practice focuses on commercial and corporate transactions, litigation and contract dispute resolution.

In recent years, the transactional practice has extensively involved the representation of both buyers and sellers of businesses throughout the State of Alaska, as well as issues surrounding liquidation of partnership and corporate entities. Since 1996, Jim has also provided representation to several municipal entities (boroughs and cities) where his practice covers the wide range of issues involving public entities.

In addition to the practice of law, Jim has been actively involved with numerous activities that he and his wife have found to be of interest. He is actively involved with civic and charitable organizations within the Municipality of Anchorage where he works and the community of Eagle River where he resides.
