Frank A. Pfiffner

Frank A. Pfiffner is a member of HUGHES PFIFFNER GORSKI SEEDORF & ODSEN, LLC. He joined the firm in 1974. His practice focuses on tort and commercial litigation with emphases on alternative dispute resolution, construction, professional liability, negligence, products liability, and insurance issues. He also serves as an arbitrator in commercial and construction disputes. Mr. Pfiffner has received an AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Rating System. The AV rating is the highest attorney rating given by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Pfiffner has also been included in the 2008 edition The Best Lawyers in America in the area of commercial litigation, legal malpractice law and personal injury litigation.
