Mr. Odsen joined Hughes Pfiffner Gorski Seedorf & Odsen, LLC in 1978. His practice focuses on lending issues, loan documentation, real property and personal property acquisitions, dispositions and secured transactions, business formation and advice, foreclosures, workouts and bankruptcy procedures. Mr. Odsen has received an AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Rating System. The AV rating is the highest rating given by Martindale-Hubbell. He is listed in the 2007 edition of Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers For Business in the area of Corporate/M&A. Mr. Odsen has also been included in the 2007 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor Rights Law and Real Estate Law. He was selected as a 2007 Alaska Super Lawyer in the area of business and corporate law by Washington Law & Politics.
